Kimber is a lifelong resident of Lake Jackson with deep family roots. In the 1950’s, her grandfather started a family business that was later run by Kimber’s father.  It was operational until a few years ago when he retired. Kimber enjoyed raising her 2 girls in Lake Jackson until she saw them both off to college.  In 2011, after many years in the chemical industry, Kimber decided to start her second career as a Real Estate agent. She loves helping people find their first home or their “Forever” home.  Kimber is diligent and listens closely to what her client’s needs are and will search until she finds the perfect home for her clients.  Kimber also works with Sellers to help them find that larger home for their growing family or a smaller home if they are downsizing.

Kimber earned her Residential Leasing Specialist Certification and is the Manager of our Provenzano Properties Property Management Division where she manages Commercial, Multi-Family, Single Family, and Vacation Rentals.  Kimber earnestly works with investors to help them find investment properties and she also manages numerous properties for owners/investors.

In her spare time, she loves to travel and collect wine. She looks forward to her trips to the Texas Hill Country where she plans to retire in the future but will probably continue to sell a little Hill Country Real Estate.
