As native Texan and life-long Brazoria County resident, Wendy has sold homes in multiple price ranges – ranch properties, investment properties, commercial properties, churches and land. Clients appreciate her flexibility, organization, low pressure sales, her patience (but the tenacity of a Bulldog when necessary), her ability to listen and hear what a client wants, her negotiation skills and her ability to accurately price and market their home.
With the highest level of integrity and a warm, friendly approach, she strives to understand her client’s needs, represent their interests, and earn their trust which produces referrals and repeat business. She believes her clients deserve her full attention and the greatest reward is to know she has made their transaction as easy as possible for them.
Three things Wendy will do for you:
1. Consult with you – to help you make good decisions at every step of the process
2. Negotiate for you – to help you make the most of your hard-earned money
3. Handle all the details for you – this means she will ensure the hundreds of steps in the real estate process are handled properly. One of her favorite sayings is “How do you eat an elephant? One step at a time!”
With all that in mind, her heart is for first time homebuyers. She loves to teach and guide them through what can be an overwhelming process even for the most seasoned buyer.
Wendy has an Associates Degree in Mid-Management, earned her Real Estate license in 2009 and received her Broker’s license in 2011. She has spent her entire Real Estate career with Provenzano Properties, LLC where she is a Broker Associate.
Wendy and her husband, Chuck, have been married since 1988. They attend church at Central Assembly of God in Angleton, Texas where they serve in many capacities and Wendy is Director of Women’s Ministries and Community Outreach Coordinator. They still reside in Brazoria, Texas where they both grew up.
